Your meetings have a decision problem

Someone says "let's park this for a follow-up session." Everyone nods. Three weeks later, the same item is back on the agenda. These are not people problems. They are process problems. And they are fixable.

Sound familiar?

Post-merger alignment

Two cultures, one team, zero shared direction.

People are polite in meetings but pulling in opposite directions the moment they leave. The old "us vs. them" shows up in every project decision.

We have facilitated this.

Cross-functional deadlock

Five departments, five priorities, no decision.

Everyone agrees "we need to collaborate" but nobody will give ground on their roadmap. Meetings end with action items that quietly die.

We have facilitated this.

Strategy offsite

Another offsite that produces a document nobody reads.

You have spent the budget on a venue and catering. The CEO presents for two hours. People nod. Monday arrives and nothing is different.

We have facilitated this.

How we work with you

Understand

We talk to key people. We learn what is really going on — not just what is on the meeting agenda.

Design

We pick the right methods for your situation — not a one-size template. Every session is built from scratch.

Facilitate

We run the session. Every voice contributes — including the ones that usually stay quiet. The methods do the heavy lifting so you do not have to.

Capture

Decisions, actions, and owners — documented before we leave. No ambiguity about what was agreed.

Transfer

Your team walks away knowing how to do this without us. We teach the methods, not just use them.

Two ways to work together

Single Session Most teams start here

You have a specific challenge. A decision that will not make itself, a team that cannot align, a conversation that keeps getting postponed. We design a session around it, facilitate it, and make sure you leave with something concrete.

Sessions run 2–8 hours. We will talk before to understand what you actually need — not just what is on the agenda. A week or two from first conversation to facilitated session is typical.

  • Product roadmap prioritisation
  • Strategic planning offsite
  • Team charter or team reset
  • Quarterly retrospective

Multi-Session Program

Some challenges do not resolve in a day. A team that keeps having the same conflict. A leadership group that agrees in meetings and pulls in opposite directions the rest of the time. A merger that is technically complete but not culturally integrated.

A 2–3 month program gives us enough time to work with what is actually happening — not just the presenting problem. Sessions spaced across weeks, with skill transfer built in so the team does not need us indefinitely.

  • Leadership team alignment
  • Cross-cultural integration
  • Agile ways of working
Discuss Your Program

How pricing works: Every engagement is fixed scope, fixed price — no hourly billing, no open-ended retainers. After the discovery call, you receive a clear proposal with scope, approach, and pricing before we begin. The investment depends on group size, preparation required, and number of sessions. We will not start without your agreement on the full picture.

To put the investment in context: most of our clients have already spent more than the engagement cost in leadership time going around the same decision loop.

In-person, virtual, or hybrid. We facilitate in English, Dutch, and French.

Is your situation on this list?

These pages describe specific challenges we resolve. If one sounds like yours, it will tell you exactly how we approach it.

When your transformation stalls

The system is deployed. Six months later, nothing has changed. People are working around it — politely, quietly, completely.

Post-implementation adoption

Adoption is at 40% three months after go-live. Training didn't fix it. The real blockers were never surfaced.

Governance alignment

Flemish public sector, banking, regulated industries: governance requires documented stakeholder alignment — not just meeting minutes.

Cross-functional gridlock

Five departments. Five priorities. The same decision on the agenda for four meetings. Nobody will give ground.

Common questions

How far in advance should we book?

Two to three weeks is typical. For complex programs, four to six weeks. If it is urgent, call us — we have designed sessions in under a week when needed.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. About half our sessions are virtual. We use the same structured methods online — they work just as well when facilitated properly.

What if we are not sure what we need?

That is what the discovery call is for. We will ask questions, listen, and tell you honestly whether facilitation is the right tool for your situation.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is different — group size, preparation, format, and duration all factor in. We will give you a clear, no-surprise quote after the discovery call. A useful frame: compare the engagement cost to what you are currently spending in leadership time on the same decision loop. Most clients tell us the math was straightforward once they did it.

What makes you different from other facilitators?

We focus on one outcome: decisions that actually get implemented. We hold the process — not the content. That means every participant contributes through structured methods that surface real disagreements before they become silent sabotage. We also turn down engagements where the conditions for genuine alignment are not in place.
